Our process:
We will come to your home, do an inspection using specialized equipment and work closely with you to find solutions to your problems of high heating bills, drafty house, cold rooms and moisture.

So many families in America are paying entirely too much for their utility bills. We've studied, researched, worked, learned and experienced many situations where homes are just leaky. That leaky, drafty house is a great indicator that a homeowner is paying too much in utility bills.

The results:
On average, the savings after weatherizing and fixing some of the leaks is 20% - many times it's much more. The savings depends on your individual home and circumstances.

Our recommendations can span from simple weatherization to significant amounts of intervention with multiple steps. Following our test and evaulation, we will provide you with a report which summarizes the recommended fixes, provides estimated prices for the fixes, and gives you a return on investment calculation so you can figure out what works best within your budget.

Financing:
We have developed partnerships with lenders who can provide Energy Efficient Mortgages. Please see services for more details, but this mortgage is designed to facility energy efficiency improvements in a cost effective manner.

Payment:
We accept Visa Mastercard and Discover as well as cash and personal checks.

Time:
The testing process takes approximately 2 hours to complete. We prefer the homeowner be present during testing so that we can walk you through our process, show you some of our findings, and teach you along the way.

It will take 1-2 weeks to complete the report. At the time of the test, we will schedule a follow-up with you to review the findings completely and talk about implementation. That meeting will take 1-2 hours depending on how indepth we go into the findings.
